Sunday – The Tamburlaine Hotel
Breakfast – breakfast is served from 7.00 am in the bar area.
Check-out – please check out on departure.
Luggage – luggage can be left with the concierge (please ask at reception as there is no concierge desk) and stored safely until you are ready to depart. We ask that unless it is necessary you do not take your luggage to Clare College as we have limited storage space there.
Payment – Your bill for accommodation will be settled by the SoE BUT do please pay for any extras charged to your room before you leave.
Wifi – Please connect to the network titled ‘Tamburlaine Public’. This does not require a password and is valid for 24 hours from logging in.
Monday – Travel to Clare College
Coaches – Please meet SoE staff in the hotel reception at 8.30 am. Coaches will transport delegates from Clare College back to The Tamburlaine hotel at 6.15 pm upon close of the conference.
Walking – it takes approximately 30/40 minutes to walk from the hotel. Directions will be provided for anyone wishing to walk.
Clare College – Session timing is extremely tight. Please be on time for the start of each session.
Wifi – Please collect your individual wifi code from the SoE reception desk
